I visited this specialty coffee shop mainly for the banana pudding, and it did not disappoint—it was absolutely out of this world! Truly one of the best I’ve had. I also ordered a V60, but before placing my order, I asked the barista about the coffee’s origin and roaster. He seemed a bit unsure and went to call the café owner. The owner then came over, greeted me warmly, and answered my question with full transparency and enthusiasm. That’s exactly what specialty coffee is all about—being open, knowledgeable, and educating customers. I really respect that. I ended up having a Colombian V60, and it was excellent—well balanced and enjoyable. Great coffee, amazing dessert, and a strong sense of professionalism. Definitely a spot worth visiting!
