To the owners of this diner your prices and food are great that’s not the problem. Fire your waitresses and start again! You can rename this place to whatever you want but if the service of this place continues to stay the same people will stop coming and you will fail. I asked for a cup of coffee and the waitress replied, "I am not your waitress" is not the answer! This past weekend we waited 20 mins just to be seated and receive menus. The place was far from busy! We waited and waited. We were informed that our waitress name was Flo but never saw her anywhere. So after waiting now 30 mins we got up to leave. Upon leaving we let the woman at the cash registrar know we never were waited on. Her reply, "Ok". Not I am so sorry please sit down. Nope just "Ok" Here is my suggestions. First fire your waitresses and get new ones that want to work with a smiling face. Second, get rid of the fish tank it! Third, hire someone to seat people and run the cash registrar. Lastly, be an owner and walk around and watch to make sure a woman holding a baby for 20 mins without being waited on doesn't happen again.
