As I went to a private academy in Sangdong and went to a lot of places over the years, the number of people increased (especially a lot of students coming after school), so most of the time, I had to wait. The owner has been friendly from the beginning to now, and so have the servers. I haven't tried Tori Paitan anywhere else but here, so I don't know, but it tastes great for my standard price.
