Foods been great. Only complaint is they have tried to send us on our way without our hot subs in our mobile order 3 times now. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I went in a little while after they opened today. walking in the male working (Chris) was complaining about the boss looking at the cameras. kinda threw me off a bit to start. the older ladies in the front helping people were very nice. one took my order (number 42 giant no onion or peppers add bacon lettuce pickles and bannana peppers.) i also asked for the sub to be split in half and wrapped separately. which i watched the woman who took my order write down. the man went to cook my order and only made half. while telling the woman that took my order to not give him attitude when she asked if he would like some help. his board on the grill was full for context. Chris only cooked half my order, then when it got brought up he yelled at the lady in front of customers that she didnt write it down and its all her fault. which she did write down. he also yelled at the other older woman about a different order and blamed the woman that took mine for that problem too. Then swore about people sabotaging him. It is very unprofessional to have any of those conversations in front of customers. also speaking to the elderly the way he did was absolutely unacceptable. my food was fine when i finally got it. im more concerned about Chris and his attitude to the older females and what else is being said when no one is around. i would definitely like to talk to a manager and plan to. i was a cook for over 30 years. i get frustration. but there is an appropriate way to handle things without belittling anyone especially in front of customers. Im giving a 3 star for service for the woman that took my order and handled herself with class. she was wonderful. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I should have went to Wendy's..I ordered a giant roast beef sub for 18 dollars i got 6 paper thin slices of roast beef on it. I got basically a salad sub. Poor excuse for a sub shop. I was gonna say something but the kid wouldn't have understood what I was saying. Poor excuse for a jersey Mike's sub shop . Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
