We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. What you described, especially regarding your gluten-free request and how it was handled, is not the level of service we expect from our team. Food allergies should always be treated with care, urgency, and respect. We sincerely apologize that this wasn’t your experience, and that our crew made you feel like your request was an inconvenience. That’s not acceptable. We also regret the confusion with your order and the lack of communication while you were waiting. You should have been clearly informed and given options, not left feeling dismissed. It’s especially concerning to hear that you’ve noticed similar feedback from others over time. That tells us we need to do better, and we are addressing this with our team to improve both our customer service and how we handle allergy-related orders. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
