The service from the door was poor, the African American that was making the sandwiches was very rude towards me and my grandchildren. As I was reaching for my method of payment, while he was making the sandwiches. He said miss you can make your payment. I'm a senior and I don't move as quickly as this rude younger generation. After we got our order, he didn't bag it for us, but he did for the other customers before us. And forgot to make one of our sandwiches. This young man whether having a bad day or just rude towards women of color shouldn't be working there at all. I've been a long time customer of this establishment and have never experienced this poor service. I will never visit the Addison location again and will let my Professional community know as well. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I thought I hated jimmy John's for a few years, then I realized I just hated this jimmy John's. Always screw up the order and just don't care. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
