I used to like Jimmy John's until 05/232026 approximately 10:00pm - 10:15pm CST. I experienced what blacks experienced back in the 1940's 50's and 60's, bold and blatant racism at the Jimmy John's in Allen, Tx. I entered Jimmy John's to place an order , immediately the white man at the cash register tells me "we're closed". I said ok and walked out back to my car, I noticed a man pulling up and going into Jimmy John's. The white man goes in and the white man at the cash register takes his order. As I was driving off the white guy at the cash register was signaling for me to come back. I went back in to tell him that I thought that was totally racist and he had just told me that Jimmy John's was closed but there're now opened for the white man, they both grinned and chuckled. The white customer implied, "it's just because he likes me more than he likes you". As I walked out, the two white men was having their moment laughing at me. I will never eat at Jimmy John's again and will encourage all blacks to not do business with this food chain. This so disrespectful and humiliating to me and something that will affect me for a very long time. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Freaky fast indeed. I don't really do delivery from here anymore just because it's so close to my work, but every time I've ordered and picked up through the drive thru it's been ready and been correct - being able to toast everything is Price per person: $1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sandwich!

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Do not order here and ever expect delivery. I hour after I ordered i called to complain to the "manager" and some teenage kid cussed me out snd said it wasn't his problem.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our values. We are deeply concerned by your report, Brian, and will investigate immediately.
