I remember when Jimmy John's was really good and the people were friendly and energetic. Today was not that. The food was bred with low quality meat with more bread and low quality vegetables with more bread it seemed. There are some crews that work here that are energetic and engaging in today was the opposite. Disappointed Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Went to Jimmy John’s this morning. The older woman behind training a young man was so disgustingly rude to the staff. I felt so bad. And the fact that she was confident enough to have this type of attitude in-front of multiple customers. If I was that boy, I would have quit. I hope this review gets across to someone and she gets fired. Foul language and complete disrespect Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
