My wife and I order here all the times ans have 0 complaints but today, I ordered a spicy Italian and the service was great but slower then usall. I got home and my sandwich had tons of meat but no mustard like asked, 1 jalapeño 3 tomatos and no onions. I understand they were busy but look at the tickets infront of you cause not a single person was looking at them and looked like they were just putting the basics on the sandwichs Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Going through the worst week of my life I just lost my job, I have a two year old and a wife to support, i lost a close friend who had a baby near when i had mine so we were texting buddies and she lost a battle with post pardem and i just needed to get out today and I was hungry and pulled into subways parking lot but how I parked I saw Jimmy's John's in the rear view mirror and I'm like why not the price is pretty much the same and even if it is more I know I will get a great sandwich like it's not even a dice roll... but I came in and I was greeted by kurt and i had a quick question about the club lulu because I wanted to make sure it came on a sub roll he didn't have a attitude or make a weird scoff he just smiles and told me the answer I was blown away so he gets my order down perfect and then a young man named james made the sub and wow perfect amount of mayo like it tasted like it had a tiny amount of love in it and skilfully assembled as it was intended (I never thought skill goes into a sub but it does) But 10 out of 10 would go back it's nice to see younger people happy working it's rare these days and now I feel old I'm only 33 anyways it made my day so helping them out with a good review Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've gone in a couple times and picked up my food, and the people are really nice. However, the bread at ten o'clock in the morning was hard like it had been sitting out all night. So I haven't gone back in the store, but i've ordered online. Three times in the last month, just because it's convenient. Anyway, each time and three different sandwiches. Two french bread and one sandwich bread and they were hard like they've been sitting out. And today my diet coke was flat. I even shook the bottle and there was no carbonation. So i'm done with this place. The food is substandard for a Jimmy John's. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
