There was an entire fake fingernail in my sandwich! So repulsive and inexcusable! I showed the fingernail to the manager to which he replied that no one who was currently working there had similar nails. He then told the young woman who was making the sandwiches to sho me her fingernails. In deed they were her real nails..... so where did that fake fingernail come from???? I had to ask for refund because one was not offered. No accountability and terrible customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

16$ for this? First time at a Jimmy Johns. Is this normal across all locations? 2 thin slices of meat, 1 slice of tomato and extra charge for hard cheese. Store was out of containers for potato salad. So couldn’t get that. They definitely won’t run out of meat for how little they give you. Sad to pay that much for so little. Last note. Associates were mad and yelling at each other. Seemed like a toxic work environment. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Haven't had Jimmy John's in years! Really glad the guys working tonight made a good impression with everything. Food was great and came out quick, the place was very clean. I love all the signs everywhere! Don't forget to check out the bathroom. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
