Faribault Jimmy John's employees are very kind and professional. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and they told me to take my time. The sandwich I ordered tasted great and service was fast. I went through the drive up so I didn't see the inside of the store. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Attempted to order a sandwich and was told to order a wrap instead due to low bread stock. It was nearly an hour and a half before close, I was the only customer in line, and I was looking at multiple loaves of bread at the time. This is a sandwich store right? Terrible vibes in here. Quite possibly the weirdest JJ’s experience I have ever had. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The decline in reviews speak for itself. I took a break going to this location due to lack of service. And today was even worse. The food quality and lack of service felt like getting my food from a vending machine.....but the vending may have been a better choice. True I used the drive thru.....never seen anyone's face and sandwich was just dropped in my hand while a conversation was taken place in the background. Worried about the quality of my food I gave it to a homeless person and went to Chick-fil-A instead. Lesson learned and the message of unappreciative to customer received. I won't go back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
