Don't understand why this place isn't rated higher. I've noticed all the food places in the area are kinda rated lower though. My food was great, service was fast and they were extremely accommodating. I have a pork allergy and they took precautions to make sure to avoid cross contamination. I go through this every time I go to jimmy John's (or any resturant) and this place by far made the process easy and seamless. Thank you to Dagmar for handling my order with care!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I have a lot of allergies, one of them being pork. They handled my order carefully.

We love being your go-to spot for a fresh, fast, and safe meal, Heather! We’ll pass the love along to Dagmar and the team.

Drove here from downtown Seattle to be told that there is no bread. At 6:30 at night on a Thursday evening in the middle of dinner rush. Your sandwich shop has no ability to make a sandwich. It was so infuriating it was actually comical. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your experience. A sandwich shop without bread is definitely not the Jimmy Way. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will make sure your feedback is shared with the appropriate team.

Came in for early lunch with my wife. Guy taking our order was a bit unfriendly with customer service. Vibes in the place felt unwelcoming. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
