Came in on a Saturday when they first opened. We realize big orders take time. We didn’t know we needed a 24 hr ahead of time to make an order. We decided to go with a smaller order but we were charged more than if we got a big order. The girl who took our order seemed very irritated that she had to even make it. She didn’t smile or anything and when handled our order I told her sorry for the inconvenience and still she was very standoffish and just walked away. That was very rude of her if she don’t like her job maybe she shouldn’t be working there! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

It is deeply frustrating to deal with a miserable staff member who treats your business as an inconvenience, Marilyn. Starting your Saturday morning by being overcharged for a smaller order and then ignored by a hostile employee is a terrible experience. We will be sharing these details with the local management team so they can take immediate corrective action regarding this employee's attitude and look into the pricing issue.

Jimmy John's has moved to a kiosk ordering system and the line easily gets overwhelmed with individuals who do not understand how to use the kiosk. Instead of employees taking the time to assist customers, they defer to letting the line go out the door. Freaky bad customer handling and service. Edit: And they got my order wrong. So much for specifying "No Mayo, No Tomato." It's on the receipt. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is my edited/updated review. I was promised a free sandwich after ordering my first sandwich from the app. I did it, but no free sandwich, the staff didn't know why and couldn't help. I had a different sandwich from my first visit, it was fresh but woefully short on meat unlike my first sandwich. Im quite put off jimmy John's for now. I don't know what magic they are working, but Jimmy John's is winning the sandwich war. Fresh and delicious and so much meat. We'll done,I'll be back!
