Never order delivery at this location. This is my second time getting a delivery, my first one took 40 mins and I called the store to see what is going on and they were rude about me calling. I thought I would give them a second chance and again 40 mins later no food. I will never order delivery from this location ever again. Service: 1

Kelsey, 40 minutes for a sub isn't the vibe. We’re supposed to be Freaky Fast, and we clearly lagged today. Sending your feedback to the team so we can pick up the pace."

What separates Jimmy John's from the rest is the bread. The bread makes the difference! Jimmy John's is also fast (as advertised). I like their kettle chips too. Finally, I like the various sandwich sizes offered. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Can’t follow directions even with order through drive through. Called manager that half the order was wrong. His answer: duh waste of gas and not done correctly. They don’t care. Never again at this franchise.
