Franklin working the drive through was funny and fast. Sandwich was great and I got a laugh. Would recomend. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jimmy Johns refuses to refund my money for not putting my drink and chips in the bag . The customer service is terrible. The manager has no respect for customers. Service: 1

Ordered one sandwich through DoorDash and it took almost an hour before I got a notification about it being delivered. Went outside to look and there was nothing there. Luckily I got my money back but this is ridiculous. Can't even track it since DoorDash says Jimmy John's handles its own deliveries. At least now I know never to get delivery from here again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
