Second time receiving the wrong sub. The workers don’t care and will screw up your order probably. No matter how clear you speak. So in short, it’s just poorly managed. Just now at 12:25 7/6/26 I ordered at the speaker, spoke clearly said the number AND sandwich name twice. Then at the window the guy asked me “did you have an order or place an order?” Verbatim. Like what does that even mean? Anyways, he said “you had ____”? I said no I had the club tuna and the number 4. He got confused and I told him I just placed it at the speaker. He said “yeah! So your total is _____.” I paid and that was that. I check the bag, seemed okay. As I pulled away he was texting in his phone. So in short, that’s what you get here. Poor management, the wrong sandwich, and kids who are just mindlessly texting and handling your food. Spend your 1 lunch break elsewhere! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Employees rude as hell. Apparently they think it's okay to come into another fast food establishment yelling, cussing, and causing a scene all still in Jimmy John's uniform.
