Gave Jimmy John’s a second chance to get a sub, I told them exactly what I wanted on my sub which was an unwich with only Ham, Turkey, Provolone cheese, and jalapeño ranch on the side. Once I got home I opened it up to tomatoes and mayonnaise inside. Waste of almost $10 dollars for something I couldn’t eat. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just went over to Jimmy John's at Short pump to get a sandwich. After I ordered my sandwich and put in my ATM card I asked the lady if there were any rewards. She turned the card holder around and pulled my card out and dropped it on the floor and turned her back and walked away and said nothing.
