Jimmy John’s is what it is but this location seems to have all new employees. What a difference! You are now greeted with smiles and people who seem to enjoy being there. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I am a loyal jimmy johns gal, so it makes me so sad this is now the only location near me. The first time I ordered online for pick up and when I showed up no one was there. Eventually someone came to the door and said they had no staff to make sandwhiches and would refund my order. Frustrating because they could simply turn off online ordering, but they gave me my money back. Gave it another chance cause I had some rewards to use - picked up the sandwhich so thought I was in the clear. Got home to realize they did not put ANY meat on my "sandwhich" - was just bread, cheese, and lettuce. Now who is paying $15 for a grilled cheese is beyond me. Seems like when people order a sandwhich the bare minimum is to get the meat right. We will not be going back, nor should you. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
