Sitting and waiting for my order for almost an hour, got here when there was like 4 customers in the shop. Extremely understaffed causing long delays! Also not fully stocked on all items on the menu. They have specials hung up but is not actually available. It was my first time but highly unlikely I will return. Still waiting for my food.... Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolutely useless service!!! Called to order Chicken for a family get together. Just 3x grilled chickens ( their staple offering) Called at 10:40… they promised it will be ready at 11:30… we go there at 12 and they said it’s being packed… 30mins they still saying it’s being packed Lies, lies, lies - don’t be unethical and lie Jimmys Florida!! At this on a Sunday morning- not on a Friday rush hour supper time Pathetic!! Service: 1 Price per person: R 100–150
