I ordered the omakase sushi and salmon sushi at Jin Sushi. The side dishes of lettuce and peanut sauce were really delicious, and the miso soup had a very subtle yet strong dried shrimp flavor. The umami was also excellent. The aging and freshness of the sashimi were outstanding, and the atmosphere is great for coming back for a beer.
