Closed down,empty building! This place must have closed down. Windows were all blocked and I tried to call and there was no answer… we were looking forward to trying it!

I do not recommend this place at all!! After traveling for nine hours we decided to stop and eat lunch at T and J's cafe. The first thing that bothered us was the tip at 22% being expected up front at the counter. Then we received our food - my food had no seasoning at all and was covered in what appeared to be instant gravy. The mashed potatoes were probably instant potatoes as well. Then they mopped an area of the floor at the front door and beside our table and a customer fell down very hard and spilled his drink everywhere. After all of this, the uptight man working behind the counter came to my table in front of everyone in the restaurant accusing my wife of "breaking the law" because she gave her service dog a piece of dog food. Well, we had enough of the jerk acting like the dog police so we left. The only nice thing about the whole visit was the nice lady who took our order and served us. It's a shame that this place is touted as being owned by a former serviceman, because it was not a good experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You have full freedom to tip whatever you want. We do not force you to make a 22% tip. We also always allow service dogs in the restaurant. Service dogs are not allowed to eat in restaurants. I did not ask y'all to leave. I asked to stop feeding the dog at the table. All of our food is made fresh in house. This whole post is being made because you got offended that I asked you politely to stop feeding your service dog.
