My personal review is a scathing one because I had been personally supporting this cafe since its inception. Right at the very beginning when Joe spent all of his time and efforts getting his business off the ground. I could feel his energy and passion to grind relentlessly to ensure his business would grow and thrive. I would go over there and buy jumbo caps and jumbo hot chocolates for my son every chance we got. Any time i needed a cappuccino hit throughout my week I would buy from there religiously. I would always collect the rewards cards and chew through them quickly. Imagine my utter shock when a female barista came up to me presenting me with a free jumbo cappuccino and a message from Joe himself telling me to enjoy the cappuccino because I was no longer welcome there anymore. To Joe i say this never send a woman to deliver a message you’re not man enough to delivery yourself. Speaks volumes about the sort of human being you actually are. The girls are absolutely brilliant and do a fantastic job. I recommend them highly. The owner has zero integrity and zero interpersonal skills, lacks empathy and the decency to resolve what should have been a minor issue. My 25 years of retail management training has taught me the importance of retaining long term patronage is at the core of every successful business. You have failed miserably. Awesome people and always delicious coffees, it’s hard to understand how there is negative reviews on here when every time I have visited joes Java, I have felt more than welcomed and coffee was always out quicker than any place i have been too! Great business and great staff, period. Thanks mate..
