The breads here are delicious - However, I was quite shocked to see some tourists placing their bags on the tray area—it felt really unhygienic from a Japanese perspective. Please be careful and respectful of this space so everyone can enjoy their visit. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I always buy bread from them more than 4 years but today there was very impolite treatment, the cashier didn’t check the product price and asked me to paid 1700¥ for three pieces of toast bread that normally 200¥!!! I asked another cashier he understood and he apologized for it but she didn’t apologized and she didn’t do refund process so another cashier did refund process. I hope Johan and Mitsukoshi considering this complain and they hire educated cashier. Service: 1
