I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this Jollibee Makiling Calamba branch, and it’s honestly becoming frustrating. Almost every time we try to order, the crew immediately discourages us by saying the food will take around 40 minutes to be served. Instead of helping customers, it feels like they’re pushing people away from ordering. On top of that, they don’t accept card or GCash, cash only, which is very inconvenient nowadays. This isn’t a one-time issue either. There’s always something lacking whenever we visit, either unavailable items, slow service, or no smooth transaction at all. It’s disappointing because you expect better consistency from a big chain like Jollibee, but this branch really needs improvement in both service and operations. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
