We were there lunch time and on a sunday, the place is crowded so service was also slow. They have a touch screen to digitally place your order so I keyed-in my order for 5 persons and went to the queue only to find out that transmitting my order to their counter failed. I had to dictate my order again. It was a multiple level building but the ground floor was small. We had to go up using stairs which is not senior and PWD friendly. Good thing they have that round thingy that would vibrate when your order is ready for pick up at the ground floor. For us though, I had to go down since the 15 minutes time limit lapsed and our orders were served late. Others might appreciate their al fresco dining area especially during colder season or at night but definitely not during lunch because it is too hot outside. In terms of their food, their chicken joy were big unlike in other branches where its chick-size. We went to Jollibee Pililla drive thru and ordered 1 pc chicken joy with fries and drinks for breakfast around 9am (but ended up eating the take-out food at Jollibee). I am giving fewer stars for the food because of the portion disappointment of the chicken despite asking for a big part . Got 2 sets with the same small chicken. First time to see a small chicken serving from Jollibee. Hehe Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
