Super bad experience. Kaya pala may nagwawala sa Jollibee May 10 Around 3pm. 1st. Order Supermeal with Spicy chicken as my option. They got it wrong. 2nd. Order Missing Burger. 3rd. Order 3Large peach Mangopie. when we checked. we got small pies but the packaging is Big. The staff approached to tell me they are out of large pies already. He said they will give us 4small pies and 1reg fries instead. Told him i dont want fries. can i get that replaced with a pie instead. he said he will check. 2nd staff came back. she got 4 pies for replacement. i said what happened with the fries? earlier you offered 4small pies and 1 reg fries. i said can i have the fries replaced with a pie. 5small pies instead of 4small pies and 1reg fries. I asked for the manager to come. i thought it would make a difference but still the same. I told the manager, why do you keep on pushing the fries. i dont want the fries. Dont decide for your customer. ask your customer what they want. Asked again. Can u remove the fries amd replace it with pie? if u cant just refund the amount. then i will order 5small pies. ended paying extra 35pesos to get 6pies. Do u think 3large pies is equal to 4small pie and a fries that i dont want? then u came back giving me 4small pies? orders are messed up. small pies in a large packaging is deceitful. the 1st and 2nd staff's attitude is ok. but the manager is kinda sarcastic and insincere. This Branch needs to go back to training. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We are truly grateful to the entire crew of Jollibee Total SLEX Northbound, especially Sir Denver, and to the kind person who found and took care of my lost cellphone. Your honesty and helpfulness are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service! Talagang bida ang saya! Lost our phone last Sunday 4/12/2026 around 3pm, only remembered it the next day. We went back to this branch since it was the last location I used it. After due diligence ni Sir Denver to confirm it’s ours, we got the phone back! Maraming salamat po talaga! Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
