We came here after a really disappointing (and expensive) roast at the George Vaults, just to watch the football, and it completely turned our day around. The staff were incredibly kind and even brought us free roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and gravy from the carvery, which was such a thoughtful gesture. And honestly…..it was banging. Everything tasted great and was exactly what we needed after earlier. It’s a real shame the carvery is stopping for the season, because this experience was genuinely lovely. Such a friendly, welcoming bunch—thank you so much! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £1–10

Went for a Mothers day carvery today. They made it look really special with the big balloon arch. Tables were dressed lovely. They even put a gift bag on the table for the Mums which was a lovely added touch. The staff were friendly and ver professional. The roast carvery was 100% delicious . Well done all. I had a lovely afternoon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
