Was waiting long time what the app showed, then I got 'delivered' shown, nothing show up. no refund, no response from customer service, money just wasted. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a collection via phone for the first time. Upon collection and arriving home to eat, there was the nan bread, garlic bread and salad missing. The pizza was allowed one topping so chicken tikka was selected. However, they also chose to add mushrooms, onions and peppers! When I rang, I was told to fetch the missing items, otherwise to wait for them to be delivered. So we abandoned eating the food till we collected the rest. By then our food became cold. Poor and shocking customer service with no goodwill gesture offered! Will never go back again. Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30

Every time I’m in the city, I make sure to stop by this restaurant — and it never disappoints! They truly do everything, and they do it well. The pizza, in particular, is absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and always fresh. Even though I only visit occasionally, the quality and service are consistently outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. It’s one of those rare places that you look forward to coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!!!!
