I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the restaurant manager during my recent visit. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not handle customer concerns appropriately. This resulted in a very unpleasant dining experience.In front of me manager is forcing the staff to take a review from me. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and appropriate action be taken to improve customer service standards. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I chose to have breakfast at Jones the Grocer Riyadh Airport because I know the level of quality they usually deliver. Unfortunately, this morning felt slightly off. The avo, poached egg and toast did not quite meet the standard I associate with them. The avocado portion was minimal, the parsley and chives were cut rather roughly, the bread was not toasted and the eggs arrived cold. Overall, the dish lacked the usual attention to detail and presentation that normally defines Jones the Grocer. All the right ingredients were there but the intention behind them felt absent. That said, the coffee was very good, and I understand that consistency can occasionally slip, especially in a busy airport environment. Food: 1 Service: 2

Chicken avocado is disgusting. Waste of money. I was willing to give it back to them but the waiter was too nice to argue with. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
