We had a wonderful break in Jordans Untermühle. We were warmly welcomed and informed about the procedures in the hotel, which was lovingly designed with lots of details and good combinations of old and new. All the mill spirits we met were very attentive and friendly. We were also welcomed with some information in the wellness area. The wellness area and relaxation areas are spacious and very high quality. The ambience is great. Water, tea and apples are available at any time. There are two saunas and a steam bath that can be visited, but depending on how busy it is, it can sometimes be quite full. Unfortunately, no infusions are offered. The pool was quite cold (around 25 degrees) so we couldn't stay in it any longer. The price-performance ratio is ok, but in the upper range. All in all, we felt comfortable and would be happy to recommend it. Small things can certainly be constantly evaluated and improved, which is why we are happy to pass on our small points of criticism here. Rooms: Our large room offered enough space, lots of storage space, a comfortable bed, a closet, desk, TV and two comfortable armchairs as well as a full-length mirror. A large balcony certainly invites you to linger in the summer. Unfortunately, the view is currently clouded by the construction site. You could have been informed about this when booking, but since no work was being done, it didn't bother us. The bathroom is large and really well equipped, only the shower could be replaced as it had little pressure. It's a shame that there is no room service for two nights. Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet is very diverse, with selected high-quality foods offering something for everyone. For the afternoon snack, delicious food and cake variations are also offered and constantly replenished. The evening menu is very tasty and fine, absolutely recommended. Of course, it can be combined with the most delicious wines from the region. Unfortunately, we weren't told that we were only allowed to drink our welcome champagne until 6 p.m., so we couldn't enjoy it. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet

Stayed in Jordan's Untermühle for two nights and agree with most of the other reviews: -Breakfast and snacks are manageable and only refilled upon request -Dinner was delicious, but small portions for which you sometimes had to wait a long time -very dark dining room (windows are probably insulated and darkened due to the construction site next door) -poor facilities in the room -no room cleaning in the two days The hotel is nice, but it cannot compete with other hotels in the same price range My biggest point of criticism is the price-performance ratio: For €385 per night in a double room you really have to offer more!
