Joy donuts is a terrible experience. I went to Joy donuts on Saturday to see if they can make me some fresh donuts. I absolutely love hot donuts. The Asian lady hands me a business card and she told me to call the donut before 8:00am and she will make me some fresh donuts. On Monday morning I called Joy donuts before 8:00am and the same Asian lady tells me that she couldn’t make them because it was 30 minutes before 8:00am. So I decided to wait the following day which is today Tuesday, March 22. I called The Asian lady again and she told me that she will Finally make the donuts hot and fresh. When I got to the shop she told me that she will never make them hot and fresh again and that was her last time making hot and fresh donuts for me. Even though she handed me a business card and told me I could call anytime before 8:00am too get hot donuts. I personally consider this to be false advertisement. The Asian lady made her rules not to call before 8:00 am And I followed them. But she didn’t comply to her in and when she did she told me that she would never make hot donuts for me again. This is one donut shop that I would never go back to again. P.S. I spent over $30 at Joy donut shop over the period of three times.

Hi L, thank you for your honest review. While we understand hot and fresh donuts are the best, this takes 2-3 hours to make a new batch. And, the donuts only stay hot for about 10-15 minutes. This is a small business and the owner runs the business all alone. While we hope everyone gets a hot and fresh donut, our goal is to have fresh donuts everyday for everyone. We promise you that they’re always hand made fresh that morning. Thank you for your business.
