I am NOT happy with this service. DO NOT BUY THE KEBAB. Im telling you do not buy it unless you want to suffer. firstly the order took 1hr and 15 mins to arrive even though we were told it would take 30-45 mins. When our food came we were hit with a vile stench The kebab was ROTTEN to the core; with a rubber like texture and nasty taste. We knew something wasn’t right. The stench spread across our entire house making us gag, throw up and feel queezy. I AM NOT KIDDING. We called them to explain the situation , the women on the phone was rude and kept shouting at us as were explaining. We were told we would get our refund of £28. We show up to collect it. Not only did the woman at the desk tell us to leave the shop but she opened the kebab got a whiff of that feral smell and punched the box in anger, which had caught us off guard. She refused to pay us our refund, and demanded we have £25 instead. She then proceeded to gaslight us saying it is OUR fault that she is loosing money like we stole from the register. Next threatens to get her husband onto us and again refuses to give us our full refund. In the end we got it but left feeling unhappy overall. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . I repeat DO NOT BUY THE KEBAB. I wouldn’t recommend buying from J’s Pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
