Sus visitantes dicen que es una buena idea venir aquí por su comida mexicana. Un gran número de los comensales de este restaurante afirma que aquí tienen un sorprendente menudo, unos singulares tacos y unas generosas tortillas. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es genial. Un rápido servicio es otro plus importante. Sabemos que aquí los precios son adecuados. La mayor parte del tiempo, Juanito’s te ofrece una distendida atmósfera. De acuerdo con los comentarios de los clientes en Google, este lugar merece un 4,5.

The food is alright but very overpriced $16 for one taco plate. I’ve actually been coming to this place for a little over a year, and usually the employees there are very nice. I’m used to the two younger people working up at the front and they’ve always been great. Over the last few months they’ve had an older lady up at the front checking the customers out. This woman is so rude and very disrespectful. I’ve had multiple bad interactions with her since she has started working up at the front and answering the phones. I’m not sure if she is a family member of the owner or if she is a manager, but to be honest, they really should keep her in the back. She is not a pleasant person to speak to at all. She never smiles and rolls her eyes at everything... very odd way to display good customer service. I usually never complain at restaurants or leave bad reviews, I've always just picked up my food and left , but she really makes me not even want to order from there anymore. It’s kind of disappointing because like I said, I like the food, but her attitude leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and a loss of appetite. I’ve seen her talk to other customers this way and it's shocking. I’m really surprised that no one else has commented this before but she is the reason that me and my friends/family will not order from there again. My suggestion would be to keep her far away from customers... Again, the two younger adults that work in the front are AMAZING, but the older lady with the sour face and frown lines has got to go. I just feel like if you’re paying $16 dollars for just a taco plate, you should at least be spoken too with some respect … or at least not to be burdened with an employees nasty attitude. La comida está bien pero muy cara, $16 por un plato de tacos. De hecho, llevo viniendo a este lugar un poco más de un año, y normalmente los empleados son muy amables. Estoy acostumbrado a las dos personas jóvenes que trabajan en la parte delantera y siempre han sido geniales. En los últimos meses, ha habido una señora mayor en la parte delantera cobrando a los clientes. Esta mujer es muy grosera y falta mucho al respeto. He tenido múltiples malas interacciones con ella desde que comenzó a trabajar en la parte delantera y a contestar los teléfonos. No estoy seguro si es familiar del dueño o si es gerente, pero, para ser honesto, deberían mantenerla en la parte trasera. No es una persona agradable para hablar en absoluto. Nunca sonríe y pone los ojos en blanco ante todo... una forma muy extraña de mostrar buen servicio al cliente. Normalmente nunca me quejo en los restaurantes ni dejo reseñas malas, siempre solo he recogido mi comida y me he ido, pero ella realmente hace que ya ni siquiera quiera pedir allí. Es algo decepcionante porque, como dije, me gusta la comida, pero su actitud me deja un mal sabor de boca y pérdida de apetito. La he visto hablar con otros clientes de esta manera y es impactante. Estoy realmente sorprendido de que nadie más haya comentado esto antes, pero ella es la razón por la que mis amigos/familia y yo no volveremos a pedir allí. Mi sugerencia sería mantenerla lejos de los clientes... De nuevo, los dos adultos jóvenes que trabajan en el frente son INCREÍBLES, pero la señora mayor con cara de amargada y líneas de ceño tiene que irse. Siento que si estás pagando 16 dólares por un plato de taco, al menos deberían hablarte con algo de respeto… o al menos no tener que soportar la mala actitud de un empleado. La comida esta riquísima, la señora superamable siempre, las gorditas de asada definitivamente deliciosas y los desayunos igual, las hamburguesas también riquísimas, definitivamente recomiendo este lugar. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I ate at Juanito’s for the first time last night. We both had the chicken and steak combo fajitas dinner (that’s our test meal at any Mexican restaurant the first time ). It was fantastic! A mom and pop owned local joint, wonderful young lady was our hostess and waitress. It was clean and the menu had just enough variety but not too much that it’s overwhelming. I drank pineapple aqua fresca and my wife had the jimaica (sorry if spelling is wrong). For dessert she had the vanilla churro and I had caramel. Also the best we ever had. We’re already looking forward to going back and trying some of their tortas (8-9 different options). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
