whoever the girl working tonight is (april 30th 8pm ish) is hella holding it down she was all by herself making a huge order so we had a small wait for our drinks, but she made them like she took all the time and care in the world!! so good!! she needs a raise or something!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Tnis review is for the worker on 3/11/26 between 3pm and 4pm. It was very busy with one person working. Despite the craziness he had to deal with, he kept a good attitude and worked very hard. He deserves a raise or at least a big bonus! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I work down the street and I like to use Juice It Up! instead of a spot close to my work. I just feel like every time I come in here. The employees are not very welcoming and for being a manager at my current location I feel that customer service is one of your main priorities. I also went in to pick up an online order, and the girl handed me. My bowls didn’t even put them in a bag handed me a bag, and I had to put them in the bag Myself. Maybe they’re having a bad day. Maybe this is something that the owners need to discuss with them but I do feel that customer service is the main key and needs to be highly worked on at this location. This is the second time that it’s happened to me. I didn’t address the first time, but after today I felt that it highly needed to be addressed. Service: 1
