I really wanted to give a glowing review for this location, considering how much my wife and I loved the OG Juicy's, and this location is under new management. I never went here before, due to the stories I've heard about previous management. I stopped by for dinner for the family on the way home. The service was great, I want to make sure that this was known. I got 3 burgers (double bacon cheese, chili burger, single cheese), wings, and onion rings. I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in restaurant burgers. The patties were dried out like oversized hockey pucks. The only thing that made my burger juicy, was the mayo sauce, and veggies. My son ended up giving his chili burger to our dog, and my wife only had one bite of hers, and it'll probably end up in the same place. I ate mine, because I'm stubborn, but it took awhile, and a lot of chewing. Also, the onion rings were a bit soggy, and the wings were definitely not "mild" as I ordered. I hate to say it, but I won't be back. Honestly, Burger King has better burgers. I gave 2 stars, because the service was great. *reply to owners response* As stated, my wife and I were big fans of the OG Juicy's. I've ordered *to go* from them many times. I've even ordered *to go* from the other Juicy's location on south McCarran, which was a much longer car ride home. I have NEVER had a burger patty, from any other location, dried out like that. Please don't make excuses for your lack of control of the grill on my commute home. Also, your food is not as fresh as you say it is. Frozen patties, are not fresh food. A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Hi Charles, Sorry we missed the mark with your your food order. We make burgers as you order. All products we use are fresh and high quality, even the Bun you eat was made a day or two from your ordered. Your order was to go. Unlike some generic burgers from famous chains , Taste will change, depending on how long you wait to eat our fresh prepared Burgers.

Stopped in for a bite , and yes it was delicious! Ordered a Kansas City burger and fries . Cool spot and great service Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Updating my review since the restaurant left me a rude response. I did not order a plain burger and it was still super dry. I ordered no onion and no tomato, yet there was very little sauce, one piece of lettuce, and the cheese was not fully melted. I've ordered my burger the same way at the Juicy's on Longley Lane many times and their burgers are FAR superior. Cheese is gooey and there's plenty of sauce... as there should be. And I do not appreciate the rude response. That's just bad business. Another reason why nobody should go back to this location. Burgers are sad and dry at this location. Go to the one on Longley

Hi Mike, I’m sorry to hear that our hamburger tasted dry and Look sad to you. In your case you asked for plain burger.It’s just the bun and the meat. I like lettuce tomato, onions, the spread the comes with a burger. All that makes my burgers look happy. An intelligent customer will not pay attention to this biased type of review.It seems to me that writing a bad review was already in your mind even before you came into the restaurant.
