Wow. What an experience. The decor, the service from the delightful Dovile and the 3 course menu. It was amazing. I'll never forget the Oysters served with Champagne Granita, Anchor Chilli, Shallot Vinegar & Lime. My tastebuds are tingling just thinking about it. JUREMA terrace at the Mandrake Hotel.If you haven’t seen my reel go and check it out to see the stunning hidden jungle oasis this place is transformed into. Full review can be also found in the reel’s caption..Pictured is some of the food we had:.Scallop with mango (couldn’t find this dish on their website menu) .Tacos with mushroom .Cod, courgettes, pumpkin seed mole.The scallop was nice but I wasn’t blown away by the flavour. I enjoyed the mushroom tacos too but the portion was quite small (but this was with all the dishes they serve)..Personally, for me I spent way too much money there and was still hungry afterwards If you want to feel properly full you might need to spend between £75-100pp. If that’s affordable for you, then perfect! However if you just want to experience the wonderful terrace then go for drinks or just small nibbles. The food and service are definitely top quality so it’s worth trying at least once!
