The BEST authentic Korean cuisine dining in all of Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview & Brandon. A quaint & intimate setting which offers a plethora of the most amazingly diverse freshly home-made dishes, specially prepared by master chef & owner, Ms. Sohe. The quality of every meal is her signature that each one is made with a pinch of TLC! Some of my FAVS; galbi, bulgogi, japchae, kimbop, fried rice, stone pot bibimbap with fried egg on top, seafood pancake, stir fry, tofu, dumplings, chicken katsu, stews, noodle soups, and Ms. Sohe’s secret recipe of the most incredible tasting, piping hot jumbo Korean style chicken wings on this planet! There is beer & wine along with Ms. Sohe’s daily specials, offering something for every palate. If you are craving a taste of Korea, I highly recommend K BOP BOX in Apollo Beach. I ordered a beef Kimbap and Bulgogi Japchae which both were so delicious. I do recommend the Kimbap if you are a fan of sushi this is like the Korean version of sushi but better. I ate some of the kimbap thats why it seems less on the picture it was so good i hate to eat a few before i remembered to take a photo. Japchae are clear noodles made from sweet potatoes mixed with veggies and meat. Try it! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
