Very nice place, I visit it every Sunday. Sauna is perfect, pools are great.

Nice and trendy place. The sauna is the biggest you can find in the whole Phuket. You can also have ice baths and other spa amenities. Free lady day on Fridays. Very modern pricing, it spans from a single day to several months, they offer also weekly plans. Will come back again to try out muay thai training, although I believe it's more on the fitness side.

We recently visited KAIF in Phuket** and had an amazing experience! This place is perfect for both relaxing and staying active. The pool area is fantastic, the gym is well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the kitchen puts care into every dish. A special thank you to our waiter, Moe — he was friendly, attentive, and very professional. His positive attitude and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!
