I was here in 2025 with my best friend who introduced me to this place. I know this chain is very popular (I normally go to Aji no Nakamura) When I came here before they had this Tuna California Roll that was amazingly delicious… so during my birthday this year I went back (April 18th) to have the same but they told me the menu have changed. Food was amazing, service was attentive and the “Ryori cho” was so hospitable - he was so kind and sent us out till the entrance ! Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing experience dining at Kan. Even though we didn't speak Japanese, the service was great. Intimate but not intrusive. Food was delicious, and so was the sake. Would definitely go back.
