We have been visiting Kare since last year and last year everything was of a very high standard - we are looking forward to returning again. We had dinner there 2 days ago - the food came after 1 hour 40 minutes, but we thought it was a one off and that it was just very busy that night. We came today for lunch. First, the staff has scattered bags and frappes on 5 tables, which does not make a good impression. Second we ordered with a certain topping and waited because of the confusion on their part. We waited for lunch in total for about 1 hour, ordering from the lunch menu - mainly ala minuti, which appeared on the table after 1 hour, making the clarification that we were 1 table - a single table in the restaurant at that time. The cherished lasagna also arrived, which was frozen in the core, because apparently they didn't wait enough time in the microwave. A real disappointment that lost them 10 customers.
