It was terrible. The food came within 2/3 minutes so not fresh at all. Ours came within half an hour it was busy so maybe they mixed something up. But when the food came no one said anything about forgetting it and the portions were very tiny, especially for the price, and not tasty at all. When we paid the server didn’t even talk to us she was on her phone and pointed for me to pay. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

By far the worst dining experience of our trip. Would not recommend to anyone, the service was awful - waited almost 50 minutes for our food. The starter was brought out along with the rest of our food (the starter being soggy peppers with feta cheese inside). The rest of the food was also a disappointment, there were about 10 chips with the chicken souvlaki and the chicken wasn’t good, a tragedy for Greek cuisine. The view we had was the only positive thing here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Kavos Restaurant is an absolute gem in Symi! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming service made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a perfect balance of traditional Greek dishes and creative touches. The seafood was especially memorable, clearly prepared with care and using the freshest ingredients. The setting is stunning, with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely views that make the whole experience even more special. Everything was handled with attention to detail, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. If you’re visiting Symi, Kavos is a must – you’ll leave full & happy.
