NOT VEGAN AND RUDE!!! We ordered the vegan gyros with vegan mayo three times. We were brought non-vegan mayo. Only after we ate a bit did we notice that the mayo's were different colors. When we asked, the waitress noticed that we had been given non-vegan mayo. Nevertheless, you had to pay for the meal even though there was still a lot of the portion left and you couldn't eat any more from that point on because it was simply no longer vegan. Not having to pay for the meal would have been the least. (Not only the person with the non-vegan mayo) After the second person paid, the waitress simply started pocketing the overpaid money as a tip. I pointed out to you that I didn't want to give a tip for such poor service, and then I was loudly slapped with 10 cents on the table, which was far too little for my change. Only when I insisted again on getting the money I had paid too much back was the correct amount given back to us. The employee now only communicates with us loudly and disrespectfully. The person who was brought the non-vegan dish was even banned from the house. By the way, she is still feeling very poorly because she has an allergy to animal proteins. Just totally outrageous and sad how we were treated there. We will never come back and do not recommend this store to anyone. We visited the kAffé dAdA during a visit to Regensburg before taking the train back home and regret not having come here sooner. We had the schnitzel and gyros and both were delicious. Of course there had to be a piece of cake afterwards when every cake on display was vegan - when do you ever have such a choice?! We had the peach tart and it was perfect, no pastry shop does it better. The coffee and non-alcoholic beer were also very tasty. All recommended without exception. Add to that the great service and the ambience - we'll be back when we end up in Regensburg again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
