Crappiest KFC I’ve ever been to! Night shift is rude, never have I went in a place multiple times a month and spend 50 to 100 dollars every time and get treated so rudely by the same people every time! Workers are slow and don’t care about customer service at all. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let me first start off by saying that this was the cleanest KFC I have ever been in. The bathroom was clean, the dinning area was clean and what I could see of the kitchen area was clean. This was the best experience I've had @ KFC in probably 20+ years. I can not say the same thing about the KFC in Callaway/Panama City. I tried using the kiosk to order and had problems with my debit card. Nasia was the person working the counter. She stood and took notice of me having problems and came out into the dinning area to try to help. Apparently my bank felt being 200+ miles away was suspicious and declined my purchase attempts. So I paid with cash. But Nasia addressed me as Mr. Ron and did so with a smile and was pleasant. What a change, KFC actually has a counter person with great people skills! I took notice, and then listened to the other customers as they came in. Nasia greated everyone in a kind and polite, but professional manner. KFC needs more employees like Nasia. My sister moved here to Alachua from Miami. I will definitely let her know how my experience here was. Alachua KFC gets 2 thumbs up from me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My Husband and I were traveling on I-75 in Florida and saw this KFC and decided it was time for lunch. You can never go wrong with choosing KFC. The restaurant was clean and also the restrooms were too. Ordering was easy and the food was hot and delicious. It was taking a few minutes for them to cook some fresh french fries and a guy came over to us to let know they would be ready soon. I call that good customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
