FOOD - the oil needs to be changed, chicken has a metalic taste and is dried out SERVICE - tried to change original to extra crispy at the window before receiving my change from payment and was told I couldn't make changes or order at the window. I had to go back around the building to the drive thru speaker to order my chicken a second time and then I tried to express my frustration on having to go back around, even though I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, the supervisor told me that is their policy and shut the window. And got home to the wrong order and food that was old and tasted bad. NEVER received an apology, even after going back to get a refund on the 2 pieces of chicken that I paid for and didn't receive. KFC Corporate Office CONFIRMED they have multiple similar complaints on file. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location or different company. Food: 1 Service: 1

Honestly after seeing the other reviews I thought this place was gonna be horrible. It was the exact opposite. Food was good! Burritos were over stuffed and delicious. Nothing was skimpy. Staff was really nice and let us know what they were out of before ordering. Great experience. Came during the day and ate inside the restaurant idk maybe that helped! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was not fresh. Gravy was like broth, mashed potatoes were bland , chicken fell apart into pieces, had to remove bones from every other bite & the biscuits were hard. Not to mention they gave me two tiny drumsticks. Disappointed for sure! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
