For those of you who don't already know, this is the worst KFC in IL/MO!!!! I have had multiple bad visits and had another about an hour ago. I arrived around 10:15 and pulled up the DT where a note was posted that the speaker was out, to pull forward to the window. I waited 10 mins before a person showed up. He opened the window and told me they were not open yet. I said I just wanted two pot pies and he again said they didn't anything ready. I asked why and he said they had a sewer problem. If you have to have KFC, better go to the on in Bethalto who is outstanding. With all these issues you don't want food from Alton KFC - STAY AWAY!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
