Expect to wait 20+ minutes after placing an order an hour ahead of time. Was told they were waiting on chicken. The staff were handing out a dozen of pick up orders, remarkably larger, before mine (6pc tenders, 8pc chicken bucket). Regardless, clean and remodeled interior with the bouncy ball pinball machine still there. Service can be better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Sit in. There was no one in there sitting down. No one at the counter. Yet the place was filthy. Tables not wiped down. Floor had food, paper and napkins all over it. It appeared the floor had not been swept or mopped the night before. Spills all over ! Looked like the backsplash of the drinking station had not been cleaned in a while. Pools is liquid on the floor, spills in cupboards and surrounding area including the trash can. No one greeted me when walking in or out. ( main reason for the two star review). I was craving real chicken but instead ended up with the $10 box fest. Food was old tasting. Like the grease had not been changed in a while. Only thing to taste was the spices, chicken was dry and bland and I love chicken! A huge disappointment for a business that has been around for years! Everything was deep fried except the pickle on the snacker. Clearly not a healthy choice in my part. Felt like I was bothering the people. I had never been inside this place and had to ask questions. The responses were curt. No straws available so I had to look around for one. No one asked if everything was okay just plain poor customer service! The amount of waste is incredible. I planned to stay but was not asked that. The order came quickly but in a plastic bag that was not wanted, a plastic covered container, plastic cup and straw ( which I had to find myself because they were empty at the dispenser) and a small box. If this business wants to compete in today’s market I would highly suggest some changes! I will not return to this old fried up place. $13 at KFC will buy you 2 little pieces of greasy chicken gristle, a tiny biscuit, and a small scoop of slaw. But you won't get a fork to eat your slaw with, or any napkins to clean up the grease. The biscuit is good. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
