The food was hot and fresh and the manager is always friendly. The dinning area is clean so I usually dine in . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family wanted KFC for dinner and before going, we looked at the website for menu options. What that website didn’t say is that not all items are at every location. So when I went through the drive through and ordered two Hot Honey chicken sandwiches and a 2pc box, I received two honey barbecue sandwiches instead. Even worse, the sandwiches provided were incomplete, only a sauced chicken breast and bun, without the other items, like pickles, for the honey barbecue sandwich included. And just to look at the ingredients? You have to “start your order” just to see this. No wonder places are going out of business. They’re demanding more and providing less, all while making it more inconvenient for customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Placed a to go order online at 4:25pm. The estimated time it would be completed was 4:44. Get there to pick up order and they said they were out of Mac n cheese. Ok no problem picked a different side. Did not get food until 5:37. Not a happy customer, if I wanted to wait over an hour for food I would have went to a sit down restaurant to enjoy a sit down meal. This is absolutely ridiculous for an establishment.
