Ordered extra crispy and was told they were “out”. Had to get original which I do not like but was with a group so got it anyway. Had to wait for original because they had none ready. Another person in our party ordered mash potatoes with no gravy-came with gravy. Replacement was cold. This was on Sunday when the restaurant should be prepared for extra customers. Manager could tell we were NOT HAPPY. Gave us a chocolate cake and proceeded to tell us that a “group of Mexicans came in and ordered all of the breasts” as her excuse. Why does the it matter what ethnicity of the group who had the audacity to order a large order?! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Never stopped in before ...food was the best kfc I have had in a long while ...staff was very friendly ...very fast service even tho they were very busy.. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
