very poor service, workers always get the food wrong and one time when i ordered a slider they literally just gave me the tiniest piece of chicken ever in a raw tortilla with the tiniest bit of barbecue sauce, genuinely the saddest experience ive ever had with ordering food + it was genuinely not cheap, i ended up paying about 27 dollars if not thirty Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very poor experience at KFC Windsor Park. Two out of three kiosks were already broken. I paid successfully, but the store never received my order. I explained the situation to the staff, but the front counter lady just kept telling me to wait without properly checking or giving any clear answer. After waiting another 15 minutes, the manager finally told me the kiosk had actually been broken since the morning. If they already knew it was faulty, why was it still being used and still accepting customer payments? What made the experience worse was the lack of urgency and communication from the staff. It honestly felt like nobody really cared about the customer experience or the fact that customers were wasting their time waiting for orders that would never arrive. In the end, I had to place the order again manually and pay again. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
