I recently visited KFC New Lynn and was disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by one of the staff members, i saw his name batch, he was Hitesh. During my visit yesterday, he was wearing his cap backward, which did not appear appropriate for a customer-facing role. He was also speaking very loudly in a language I did not understand, creating an uncomfortable, unprofessional atmosphere in the restaurant. I understand that staff members may communicate with colleagues, but customers should feel welcomed and see a professional standard of behavior at all times. This experience negatively affected my perception of the restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces professional customer service standards to ensure a better experience for future customers.
